"Master the Big four Shot Making, The Four Strokes of Pool Cue Ball Speed and Master Self and there's simply no way to fail"
"Warning! This is what your pool rivals hope you don't know..."
Dear Friend,
If you'd like to win more games then you lose, sharpen your billiards skills to an edge and develop a more consistent game,
then this might be the most important letter you'll ever read.
Here's why:
The Monk authored the only complete billiards instruction curriculum, the 101 program. He produced this two DVD set to bring this program into your living room.
Now, I know you're probably skeptical. That's normal and healthy. Let me give you three
good reasons we can back up what we claim:
Three Reasons To Believe What I Say
Reason one: Tim Miller, The Monk, has been developing his 101 Series of billiard instruction since 1983. He spent three years working on the dynamics of shot making. Like the Tibet Monks of old, he isolated himself in meditation and solitude until he came to understand the colliding principles of stroke and cue ball speed. He worked out a method to help players improve both concentration skills and performance. The result: The Monk 101 Program
Reason two: This program has formed the basis of seminars, workshops and one-on-one tutoring that has taken many of his students to the top of the billiards tournament scene.
Reason three: "I need to always remember, we are in the business of helping players everywhere. If I can get them a good price on a product, then I am fulfilling that mission." This has become the mission of The Monk.
Here is a summary of the benefits you receive

Now, you're probably wondering how and why we can do all those things.
Let me explain.
Yes, if you master the Big Four Stages of pocket billiards, you will succeed, of course the catch is that you must succeed at all four.
You must master Shot Making. You must master the Four Strokes of Pool. You must master Cue Ball Speed and you must master Self. There are no shortcuts. There is no other way. Miss out on any one of these stages, and your game will not be strong. You must pass through the Four Stages of Pool. Strengthen your game by practicing each stage.
The Monk’s 101 program Masters all 4
You are about to embark on a journey to billiards excellence.
Do you want to be a good pool player
Do you want to be a great pool player
Do you want to be a pro pool player
This is the place to be because this is what The Monk is going to work with you on, this is what he will help you become
...a great pool player.
Here is exactly how to make your game sizzle.
Put your faith in The Monk to deliver exactly what you need to help you become the player you want to be. With this DVD set, you are about to embark on an exciting journey and step-by-step along the way you are going to experience little bits of enlightenment, and improvements that will fill you with good memories and positive experiences.
There is a lot to learn and The Monk goes step-by-step in the learning process to help you reach your goal.
How to Absolutely Nail the Big 4
First, Develop your Personal Goal...
Here’s the tricky part before you open the DVD!
It is very, very important that you define what you want to get out of your learning, what you want from your pocket billiards experience.
Player wannabes often evoke a goal of "I just want to see how good I can get".
Go further. Define what you want to get out of this game. When you define your goals, you know where you want to go. If you are vague about what you want in this game. then you will end up in a vague place. Let The Monk point the way for you.
Quality of hit I will help you acquire a great quality of hit, a pure stroke. Then you will be strong when you enter a tournament or play a match.
We can accept the fact all who follow the 101 program want to be great pool players. But why, why do you want to be a great pool player?
You want to win tournaments.
You want to enjoy the game.
You don't want to miss shots.
You don't want to lose.
When you state your goal
through your development,
that's what you'll focus on.
Take action, measure your progress and make adjustments.
When you become the pool player you want to be, you will meet other players who are friendly, exciting and good. You will find that whether you are great or not, you have become a member of a The Big Monk family.
Remember, you deserve to be a good pool player--you spent time and money on the necessary knowledge, you committed to regular practice, you put the time in, you deserve your success, of course you do.--it's very important—that’s the reason you will work on the material in this DVD set.

Tim,
I would like to thank you for your workshop in Chicago 2 weeks ago. My game is now advancing much faster than I would have thought possible. I have so much confidence right now! The 2-7-2 program has almost completely eliminated my doubt on shots. Before I had to let the cue ball go too often because I did not know how to get it where I needed it to be. Now, even though I'm not precise all the time, and don't always make the right choices, I can at least have a specific intention about where the ball will end up and that has helped tremendously!
My friends can't beat me right now. In fact, I haven't played anyone since your workshop that could beat me consistently. I've traded games with a player that would have crushed me before. I need new competition badly, but at least it has kept my confidence high while I'm mastering the strokes you taught me. I'm actually taking time to practice again. I was having a lot of trouble concentrating on drills before. I knew they were good for me, but I couldn't bring myself to do them for any length of time.
Anyone who has a chance to go to one of The Monk's workshops should jump on it. You won't regret it, you will improve your game. It was possibly the best $100 I have ever spent.
Thanks Monk
-Tim Costa
I went to the Monk's Workshop today
It was awesome. If any of have not been to a workshop yet, you have to go. It was a great learning experience. He is a master of teaching pocket billiards.
He is going to post and say I tricked him, but I didn't. I asked him to put on a workshop in Las Vegas. He sent me flyers, and asked me to spread the word. I did. I told everyone. Today when I showed up, I was the only one there. He thinks I tricked him to get a personal lesson for $150. Well it worked out for me.
Any ways, I'll be seeing you guys in the finals...

Tim, I want to personally thank you for what you have done to help me with this difficult game. Thanks to all the books, and videos, I have elevated my game to a very respectful level. Because of your teachings, I was able to finally win my first local tournament, and just last Thursday night, I placed second in another tournament. I also finished 9th in our pool league this year out of 72 regular shooters. Getting to the finals in a tournament is something I only dreamed of in the past. I am continuing my journey in this game, and I must admit that I want to go much farther. Thanks again, on the best tool in the billiard world; The Book "I Came To Win". This book is the single largest reason why my friends can no longer beat me, and why I have caused them so much frustration
Hi Tim. Just wanted to let you know, I have been working on the 100 ball run that you spent so long trying to do in your basement years ago. It took me about a month and a half to do it! I just ran 112 balls with out a miss on the evening of 4-11-03. I did this on my table and it seemed to just come out of the blue! The best I could do before this was 53 balls. I just came out of a major slump and this to be honest was totally unexpected. The next day, today, 4-12-03, I played a player from league that I haven't been able to beat in the past.
I played this guy 2 other times and lost! One of the other times I was ahead 4-0 in a race to 5 and still lost to this guy! The other time I was crushed 5-0. I beat this guy today for the first time 5-3. Well I think the law of averages isn't always right. Lightning can strike twice in the same place! I feel I owe this to your great program. The Lesson, Eight ball book, etc... and all the mental training material. I have your complete program as you know, and am constantly reviewing it. See you in Las Vegas next month if my plane doesn't crash. Just kidding!
Two Years of work on 101
Dear Tim, I just wanted to take this time to thank you for all your help and for all you've done for me. You planted a seed that has blossomed and is now showing the fruits of the labor. Thank you for the creation of the 8 Ball Book, the 2 - 7 - 2, The 101 Program and The Lesson. It's been almost two years now since I started working on the program and it has really paid off. Last weekend, I won the Orlando Regional APA Ball Classic in the Purple tier and now am eligible to play in Las Vegas on April 23-25th, 2003 at the APA 8 Ball National Singles Championship. It is with the training from Randy and Jerry at Cue-Tech, your inspiration and guidance, and your fabulous material The Lesson and The 8 Ball Book, that were key factors in giving me the skills and attitude to compete in this tournament. It is also your guidance and help that prepared me for the experience. I went to this tournament with the attitudes of "I Came To Win!" and that I did. For the next two months, I will again be preparing to further my journey to Pooldom Come as I reach for new heights. I am proud to be a Monks Disciple and am looking for the support and encouragement from other Disciples as I embark on this monumental task. To "Win" The National Championships" in Las Vegas. Thank you again for all you've done and most of all, for giving me the "Three Reasons We Play Pool!"

Warning: Do NOT buy any Product name
unless it meets the following 5 criteria
There is a lot of confusion surrounding our field. I want to give you
5 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any
solution you obtain:
1:
When you are looking for quality Billiards instruction, pick a teacher who has developed a program of instruction--The Monk's 101 program is an example.
2:
Your Billiards instructor should have a method to help you improve both concentration skills and performance.
3:
Learn from a tutor who can show shot making skills in the form of cognitive knowledge, and more importantly how to make this knowledge intuitive.
4:
Learn your ability to perform at Billiards from someone who stresses the "Inner Game" and can prove to you how your attitude affects your ability.
5:
The fifth is up to you. If your plan is to acquire this DVD, watch it a couple of times and plan on reaping it all, don't bother. The 101 program will give you back just as much as you put in. It takes dedicated practice time to master the Big Four.
You get at least 10 times your money's worth!
The complete Monk 101 program presented in over six hours on two DVDs. The Monk normally charges $700 to attend his three-day workshop with his time split between 5-10 attendees.
Add to that cost of travel, rooms, meals and it is not long before your out-of-pocket is $1,200.
But even in a 3-day session, The Monk seldom gets to all of the 101 Program; not in a clear, concise package.
Mastery of any single step, even two (a tall order for 10 people), would be useless without the other two pieces of the puzzle. For example, you can make the shots, but lack cue speed know-how, your game goes nowhere. Or you may know the four shots of pool, but you can't focus on the shot in front of you, you're equally finished.
In summary, here's what you get:
