The Foundation dvd is complete and will give you the shots and exercises that are found in my Monk 101 program. When this video was introduced to the pool world it became the best selling dvd each year for eight straight years!
There are just 26 DVD's availableI had two hundred reproduced for the super billiards Expo. Now I have twenty six left.

Those who stay at the same level never face the reality of this game. They continue to break the rack of delusion and turn in the same numbers year after year.
Running racks is easy when you are young and lack knowledge. I ran more racks when I was a shot maker than I do now as a knowledgeable player. I saw a young man run four racks and end up losing to a grand master. In fact, he lost every single race to this master of the game.
When I match up with a young shot maker I believe I can come out on top because of the subtle elements involved in the over all skills of the game. When I train the masters in my program I stress time and time again how important it is to have strong sound fundamentals. I point out how critical it is for us to spend time developing our skills so when the pressure is on we can turn in that winning performance.
The players who do not hold up under the pressure are those who skipped the foundational experiences that provide strong skill levels. They would rather play pool than train. A pool player plays pool, a master experiences pocket billiards at its highest level.
The master of the game today deserves our complete respect. When we watch a great player perform we all feel as though we can make the shots they do. We lack the understanding on how hard this game really is.
We will understand how hard this game really is when we become a master. If you have a strong desire to break through and become a master, join me in my training program. You will be hitting a lot of balls before we move you to the next level. We hit balls to instill skills. This has nothing to do with acquired knowledge. All of us want to learn more, but the skills need to be developed and this can only happen when you do drills and then do some more drills. One hundred repetitions are the efforts of a loser. Five hundred are the efforts of a student who wants more out of this game. One thousand repetition shows you are serious about your skill development. Five thousand repetitions and I will be impressed. Ten thousand repetitions and you will come from a master.
Do we turn in these hard repetitious numbers so we can learn something? Absolutely not! The real master knows he must work hard to become the solid player he needs to be in order to survive the rigorous demands of high level play. This is why he works so hard and this is the reason we must fear the top level players. A great shot maker will not prevail when he comes face to face with a master.
It is up to you. You can continue to turn in the same mediocre effort year after year and never really experience the sweet feelings of a high level performance or you can go into the trenches and begin the hard work necessary to take your rightful place in the winners circle. You must do it right. Perfect practice makes perfect skills. Your training must be deliberate and specific if you want to join the masters of this game.
I have a new meditational page on www.themonk.com. Spend some quiet time in reflection. It will do wonders for your game.
